Pet Policy:
We are a pet friendly community.
We welcome cats and dogs (a maximum of two pets per apartment). Although we do not have a weight limit, we do however have breed restrictions. Please contact the leasing office for price details.
Breed Restrictions: The list of dogs below are not allowed under ANY circumstances, nor are any dogs that are a mix of these breeds: Akita, Alaskan Malamute, American Bully, America Staffordshire Terrier, Argentine Dogos, Basset Hound, Blood Hound, Boxer, Bull Mastiffs, Bull Terrier, Cane Corso, Chow, Dalmatians, Doberman Pinscher, Fila Brasileiros, German Shepherd, Perro de Presa Canarios, Pit Bull, Rottweiler, Shar Peis, Siberian Husky, Staffordshire Terrier, Tosa Inus, Any Wolf Hybrid, Dutch Shepherd, Belgian Malinois AKA Belgian Shepherd.
Breed restrictions are not solely based on the above list. Owner and Franklin Greens Owner, LLC reserve the right to modify the above list or restrict any and all animals and animal breeds at any time. Each pet owner must supply updated records of vaccination for each pet before being allowed to move pet in, as well as a photo of the pet.
